The 2013 features 23 Division 1 College Players from the Pac 12, SEC, Big West, Conference USA, MAC, WCC, Sun Belt, WAC and IVY.
Returning to the Pearl from the 2012 Roster are Catcher Alan Baldwin (University of Hawaii) Shortstop Richie Johnson (San Jose State) and Pitchers Tyler Cobb (Chabot College) and Jordan Haseltine (University of San Francisco)
Joining Cobb is another Alameda Native Trent Yee (Brown University). Yee graduated from Alameda High School in 2012 where he was a three-sport athlete and four-year letter winner as a pitcher and infielder…His team was the ACCAL Champion for four consecutive seasons and the NCS runner-up in 2009 and 2010…Earned first team All-League ACCAL Honors in 2010, 2011 and 2012…Won the ACCAL Pitcher of the Year Award in 2011…Made third team All-East Bay in 2011…Earned a 6-3 record and a 1.90 ERA during his sophomore season and a 7-1 record and 1.87 ERA in his junior campaign.
The Pearl roster is complied of 14 Players from California, 2 from Hawaii, 2 from Colorado, 2 from Michigan, 2 from Washington, 1 from Oregon, 1 from Texas, 1 from Florida, and 1 from Virginia
